She has worked across the world, from Australia to Russia, and from Japan to the USA, providing insights to help improve how human beings interact and communicate for better outcomes.
Her client list is considerable, covering major corporates such as Unilever, Apple, Coca-Cola and Lloyds Bank and public entities such as The National Trust, Samaritans and The National Gallery. Adrianne is a guest lecturer in consumer psychology and behavioural economics for several UK Universities, a trainer in areas such as Facial Expressions, Negotiating and Emotions Revealed, and is often called on by the media to provide expert opinion on public figures of interest.
Adrianne’s innate ability is backed by considerable academic and real-world experience, built in part on 20 years in one of the world’s leading market researchers providing real-time business insight into people’s reactions, often supported by detailed frame-by-frame analysis of recorded responses. Adrianne is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, a certified Facial Action Coding System (FACS) coder, and a trained Facilitator and Trainer.
