Our Process


You can choose either to sign up to our Access Membership or our Amplify Membership. Details of benefits are under membership on the menu.


Once you sign up through the membership link, you’ll be able to login to your account and create your listing. This includes a picture, contact details and information you’d like any Organiser to know about your speaking experience.


Once your bio and details are listed, you can share this anywhere and we encourage you to do so as much as you possibly can. The more people see you, the better chance you have of being booked.


Organisers can also visit the website and we’ll be encouraging them to sign up with us too, so they have a choice of speakers to choose from for any events organised. You will be contacted directly by the organisers and you can do the same with them. We are only the vehicle to get you seen and we don’t take any commission.


If you sign up on our Access Membership but then decide to upgrade to Amplify, you can do this easily at any time. Our Amplify Membership gives you so much more including a FULL PAGE slot in our Speakers Magazine which is emailed out to our database of organisers, you’ll have access to a library of training videos from fellow business owners, free resources and promotion on our social channels. You can also showcase your testimonials from other sites. This is the best value option and is designed to raise your profile as a public speaker.


We ask Event Organisers to post in our Speaker Matchmaking group, but they can also promote their events on our website too. You can contact them first hand through both of these medians. The aim for The Speakers Index is to be the ‘HUB’ where you can be found and we can help guide organisers to you. We also hold quarterly online assembly events where we look at our Amplify members first to be speakers. All proceeds from ticket sales are split between the speakers we choose.


Our quarterly magazine is a fantastic way for you to really put yourself out there. As part of our Amplify Membership, you will be featured in all FOUR magazines throughout the year which will be emailed out to our database and as many organisers as we can find! We’ll also be offering a print copy to anyone who is included within the magazine as this is a great resource to take to your events or gift any clients (additional fee). This is an amazing way to showcase your skills. Your picture, details and bio will be on a FULL PAGE of this magazine and you’ll even have the opportunity to grab the Front Cover or Back Cover slot or advertise your business alongside your bio (additional fee). Front Cover spot is £119 including design. Back Cover spot is £109 including design.
